Your pitch / rental accommodation is available to you without restriction from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
An exception are our chalets and mobile homes - these are only from 16:00 clock to move. However, you can of course use everything on the Wirthshof from 14:00 hrs before that!
Please note the pitch limits on the campsite and the departure time. If you leave after 11:00 or use another pitch, we will charge you the applicable fee.

booking conditions
During vacation periods, extended weekends and for the months of May to August, a reservation is recommended. This is possible only through our booking form.
Because of technical reasons we do not guarantee a booking on desired pitches. We reserve the right to change the indicated pitch of the reservation confirmation if necessary. Early reservation is recommended.
Cancellation/change of booking pitch
Cancellations and booking changes are only valid in written form.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge*.
A processing fee of € 35.00 will be charged for cancellations or changes to bookings made at short notice from 7 days before arrival.
*If a deposit has been paid in advance, a handling fee of € 35.00 will be charged in case of cancellation of a pitch in any case (no matter at which time the reservation was cancelled).
In case of shortening the stay on site, 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show a handling fee of € 35.00 will be charged.
The stay at the Wirthshof is primarily for recreation, we have mainly peace seekers and families on the premises. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that group reservations made online can be cancelled by us without compensation.
Cancellation of rental accommodation
Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your trip, cancel or leave early.Cancellations are only valid in written form. In case of cancellations or changes of the booking (arrival or earlier departure) the following cancellation rates will be charged:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival free of charge*.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival 60 % of the total price
Cancellations 7 days or more before arrival 80 % of the total price
Shortening of the stay on the spot 100 % of the total price

On the campsite streets 1-4 are pre-reserved for dog owners. You are allowed to walk the dog all over the campsite. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rental accommodations.

Please hand over a broom-clean rental property on the day of departure. Dishes and inventory must be clean! In case of a necessary subsequent cleaning or damage, the effort will be charged. Please arrange an acceptance appointment at the reception the day before departure.
We ask for contactless payment directly at checkin. In case of previous departure no refund is possible.

As you may know, one of our most important values is the closeness to nature. That is why there are trees, bushes or hedges on our premises between different areas and also between some places. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a detailed plan of where exactly a tree of what size is. Due to the vegetation the pitches are also differently shady or sunny. Depending on how you place your caravan or motorhome on your plot, you can create more shade or enjoy more sun rays. Generally, tree growth is greater on the small part of the site than on the large site. Also regarding satellite reception, we reserve the right that we cannot tell you the location of every single tree. However, upon arrival we will be happy to show you other sites that are free for your period of time, between which you can then choose after assessment.

arrival and departure
Your pitch or rental accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of early arrival or late departure, please contact us in advance. Between 12.30 p.m. and 13.30 p.m. and between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. there is a midday or night rest. During these times it is forbidden to drive a car on the campsite.
If your arrival is delayed until after 22 p.m., we ask you to park your camper or caravan on the hard shoulder in front of the reception and check in the next morning at 8 a.m.. In any case, please let us know by phone until 8:30 p.m..
Depending on the accommodation, you need to bring various things yourself: Our chalets are fully equipped. In the mobile home you bring only dishes and towels, in the bungalow tent and the log cabins please bring additionally bed linen and sheets.
You may lay out a foil if it is permeable to air. Pure plastic foils are prohibited.
You should reserve the standard, comfort and premium pitch in advance, especially during the vacation periods in Baden-Württemberg and on extended weekends.
Very important is a CEE power adapter for our power boxes. Since these are sometimes not directly on the site, an extension cable (25 meters) is often necessary. If you have reserved a place with a water connection, you will also need a hose with a 1/2 inch connection. You may also need a watering can to fill your water tank.

Please register your visit at the reception and pay any applicable fee.
The following services are included for our overnight guests at the campsite: the use of the pool and all playground areas (a deposit of € 10 is required for the youth room key or table tennis racket), participation in the leisure and exercise program (exceptions are marked accordingly), electricity, water and sewage, showers/hot water, dishwashers, WLAN, as well as mini golf and pit-pat. Extra to pay are the entrance to the sauna, wellness treatments, the use of the washing machines and the CamperCleans at the washhouse II ,etc.
If you do not own a caravan or motorhome, we can offer you our rental accommodation: Chalets, mobile homes, bungalow tents, or our simply equipped log cabins. We can also offer you one of our family apartments in the hotel. Please check the availability in the desired period in advance.
The most important areas are accessible for people with walking difficulties. For our barrier-free washrooms you need your EU standard key.
For safety reasons, there is no public fireplace or barbecue area on the Wirthshof grounds. You are welcome to grill with gas or charcoal on your pitch as long as the fire is in a locked bowl and you do not disturb your neighbors with the smoke.
Please bring these things yourself. If you do forget them, we have a small stock of which we will be happy to lend you. Towels cost € 3, bathrobes € 5, slippers € 1,50. Prices are valid per day.
Please ask at the reception for an exchange and bring your empty bottle with protective cap if necessary already. We have a certain contingent of 5kg and 11kg propane gas bottles and a few aluminum gas bottles available. Otherwise you can also buy or exchange a bottle in the hardware store Schneider, which is 2 minutes away by car.
Always the day before until 5 p.m. you can pre-order your rolls for the next day quite comfortably and also on the road: Simply register on the ClickABread-site, order rolls and pick them up the next day from 07.30 a.m. at the WirthsHofLaden (from November - March at the hotel reception) and pay cash and order again for the next day. You are also welcome to place your order on site at a tablet in the WirthsHofLaden. Please understand that without advance order we have only a limited selection of bread available.
Your car and anything else you bring must be placed on your pitch.
If you are on a standard pitch without these connections, you can drain gray water at the traffic island at the parking lot and fill up with fresh water. There are water fountains in the streets or you can get fresh water from the wash house.
In each wash house there is a separate room where you can empty and clean the cassette. Please leave the room clean. At the wash house II there is a CamperClean that automatically empties and cleans your cassette.
