Everything can nothing must. Choose your favorites from our course program. Get out into the fresh air with slow jogging, reactive walking or health hiking. Mobilize and strengthen with fascia fitness, gymnastics or Nia. Decelerate with yoga and qigong.
Our regular class schedule:
Thursday: 4 p.m. Forest Bathing / 6:30 p.m. Gymnastics Fitness.
Friday 8:30 a.m. Qigong / 10:00 a.m. Nia / 2:00 p.m. Health Hiking
Saturday: 8:30 am Yoga / 10:00 am Slow Jogging or Reactive Walking
