Everything can, nothing must. Choose your favorites from our extensive course program during the health weeks: Get out into the fresh air with slow jogging, reactive walking or health hiking. Mobilize and strengthen with fascia fitness, gymnastics or Nia. Slow down with yoga and qigong.
Please note that some offers in the course schedule only take place with registration and with a minimum number of participants - please register in good time.
There are also many keynote speeches and workshops (with additional payment!).

- 2 nights in a chalet
- Lunch buffet with fresh fruit, selection of cakes, coffee and tea
- 2 x 3-course gourmet menu in our Hofschenke restaurant

- Use of the sauna area in our hotel
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available in the chalets
- On the day of departure, our lunch buffet and the use of our sauna area are available to you free of charge until 20:00
- Additionally on Friday, Saturday and Sunday: a daily sauna highlight (face masks, infusion, etc.) as well as soup variations, various salads and pasta at the lunch buffet
