- 2 nights in a chalet of your choice
- All-day sauna in our sauna area in the hotel with steam bath, Finnish and bio-herbal sauna, experience showers, etc.
- Lunch buffet with various salads, soup variations, fresh fruit, cake selection, coffee and tea
- 2 x 3-course menu per person in our Hofschenke in the evening
- Late departure until 8 p.m. including use of our sauna area (as well as the room according to availability)
- Saturday, 10 to 11 a.m.: Slowjogging technique briefing followed by a running session
- Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Workshop "healthy and efficient running" incl. running technique exercises
- all regular offers in our weekly program like Qigong, Nia, Fitness and many more.
- WOW: Professionally accompanied by Meike Krebs-Gatzka, former professional triathlete, sports scientist and running analyst at the Slow Jogging base in Wirthshof.
- WOW: small group up to 6 persons
- WOW: individual before and after video analysis as a part of the workshop
